Service Description

This bodywork treatment is targeted at decreasing muscle pain, tightness, tension, and stiffness. Includes series of **deep tissue** manipulations such as lengthening, separating of muscle fibers, cross fiber friction, treatment of tissue adhesions, and muscle holds. Therapeutic Massage may be accompanied with mild to moderate discomfort for those who don't like the feeling of 'sore' muscles, and muscle release (twitching). This type of bodywork utilizes therapeutic inflammation to promote circulation and pain relief. Must be booked 36 hours in advance
