This type of massage therapy uses Swedish massage techniques to sooth soft tissues and nerve connections throughout the body. These techniques stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system. Aids in reduction of cortisol levels within the body system and increase in dopamine and serotonin. This session does not use deep tissue techniques.
