Service Description

This type of massage therapy uses Swedish massage techniques to sooth soft tissues and nerve connections throughout the body. These techniques stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system. Aids in reduction of cortisol levels within the body system and increase in dopamine and serotonin. This session does not use deep tissue techniques. Must be booked 36 hours in advance

Cancellation Policy

All bodywork therapy sessions must be booked at least 36 hours in advance, unless booked under 'emergency session' which is still subject to review by the Therapist. All deposits are non refundable, thank you for your understanding
